- Master's Degree from a recognized University/Institute

Selection Process
1 Combined Recruitment Test (CRT)
2 Interview
Scheme and syllabus for the Combined Recruitment Test (CRT)
Scheme:
- The test will be of two hours duration.
- All questions will carry equal marks.
- The test will be objective type questions with multiple choices of answer.
- The medium of the test will be both English and Hindi.
- There will be penalty for wrong answers. Every wrong answer will carry a deduction of one-third of the marks assigned to that question. If no answer is marked for a question, there will be no penalty for that question.
- The test will carry a maximum of 300 marks.
Syllabus:
- General Knowledge including Contemporary social, economic and cultural issues
- Hindi and English language skills
- Reasoning ability and Quantitative Aptitude
- Educational policies & Educational measurement and evaluation
- Management and Financial administration
- Office Procedure
- Pedagogy in Education
- Digital Literacy.
Weightage: Weightage of Combined Recruitment Test (CRT) marks and Interview marks will be in the ratio of 75:25 for determining the final merit in the instant recruitment cases.
Standard of suitability for the Interview for candidates belonging to various categories is fixed as under:
- General/EWS Category: 50 and above.
- OBC: 45 and above (on relaxed standards)
- SC/ST: 40 and above (on relaxed standards)
