  • बेसिक कंप्यूटर एप्लीकेशन का ज्ञान होना चाहिए और कंप्यूटर एप्लीकेशन में कम से कम 3 (तीन) महीने के बेसिक कोर्स का प्रमाण पत्र या डिप्लोमा, या किसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड/विश्वविद्यालय से कंप्यूटर साइंस/सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी में उच्च योग्यता होनी चाहिए।
  • सिक्किम की राज्य भाषाओं में से किसी एक को पढ़ने, लिखने और बोलने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।
  • सिक्किम के स्थानीय रीति-रिवाजों और परंपराओं से परिचित होना चाहिए।
  • सिक्किम के स्थानीय उम्मीदवार होने चाहिए।
