- Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination in the last five years - 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- Only candidates who completed the qualifying examination as regular candidates are eligible.
- Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training at any establishment, or who have one year or more of job experience, are not eligible.

Selection Process
1 Selection is merit-based, calculated through a weighted formula: 30% weightage to Class X marks and 70% weightage to Degree/Diploma/ITI examination marks.
2 Engagement is subject to the candidate being declared medically fit as per the Apprentices Act, 1961.
