Q How can I download my admit card from the Rajasthan Recruitment Portal?
A You can download your admit card by selecting the exam type (Pre Exam, Main Exam, Interview), entering your Application No., Date Of Birth, and solving the CAPTCHA, then clicking 'Get Admit Card'.
Q What is the policy for multiple payments made against the same transaction?
A Out of multiple payments, one amount will be adjusted against the successful Transaction, and all other amounts will be refunded. Refunds will be initiated within X working days after reconciliation.
Q Can I cancel a payment once it has been successfully processed?
A No, consumers/citizens cannot submit a cancellation request for funds successfully paid against a successful transaction, except in the specific cases listed under the Refund Policy.
Q Who is responsible for refunding convenience fees if a payment is cancelled or refunded?
A If any convenience fees are paid, it is at the sole discretion of the concerned payment gateway to return that part to the consumer during the refund. The Department is not liable to pay any convenience fees charged.
