Educational Qualification
- Must be a citizen of India.
- Must be able to speak Manipuri or any of the Tribal dialect of Manipur.
- Must be a permanent resident of Manipur provided that a candidate whose parent or any of his/her ancestors in his/her direct lineage are permanent resident of the State, with proper documentary proof, are also eligible.

Eligibility Criteria (Hindi)
- उम्मीदवार भारत का नागरिक होना चाहिए।
- उम्मीदवार को मणिपुरी या मणिपुर की किसी भी जनजातीय बोली बोलने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।
- उम्मीदवार मणिपुर का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए (या माता-पिता/पूर्वज राज्य के स्थायी निवासी हों, जिसका उचित दस्तावेजी प्रमाण हो)।
- किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय/बोर्ड से कम से कम 50% अंकों के साथ 10+2 (या इसके समकक्ष) उत्तीर्ण OR एनसीटीई (मान्यता मानदंड और प्रक्रिया) विनियम, 2002 के अनुसार किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय/संस्थान/बोर्ड से कम से कम 45% अंकों के साथ 10+2 (या इसके समकक्ष) उत्तीर्ण।
- आरसीआई (RCI) से मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से विशेष शिक्षा में डी.एड. (D.Ed.) की डिग्री और वैध आरसीआई सीआरआर (CRR) नंबर होना चाहिए। अथवा, आरसीआई से मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से डी.एल.एड. (D.El.Ed.) की डिग्री (जो विशेष शिक्षा में डी.एड. के समकक्ष हो) और वैध आरसीआई सीआरआर नंबर होना चाहिए।
- समावेशी शिक्षा में क्रॉस डिसेबिलिटी क्षेत्र में शिक्षण का 6 महीने का प्रशिक्षण (यदि प्रस्तावित कार्यक्रम उपलब्ध नहीं है, तो इसे योग्यताओं से हटाया जा सकता है, इस शर्त के साथ कि विशेष शिक्षा में डी.एड. या समकक्ष योग्यता वाले भर्ती किए गए उम्मीदवारों को उक्त प्रशिक्षण आयोजित होते ही अनिवार्य रूप से पूरा करना होगा)।
- राज्य सरकार या एनसीटीई (NCTE) द्वारा अनुमोदित किसी अन्य एजेंसी द्वारा आयोजित शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा-1 (टीईटी-1) उत्तीर्ण।

1 Computer Based Test (CBT) mode examination.

Questions of subjects listed at Serial No.1,2 and 3 will be of Class XII level. Questions on General Knowledge are to assess the candidate's knowledge on politics, history, geography, literature, sports, arts and culture, special education etc.
Note: The examination shall be conducted through the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. The concerned venues for the examination shall be mentioned in the e-admit card. The questions shall be of MCQ type carrying1(one) mark each. There shall be no negative marking for incorrect answers. The duration of the examination shall be for 75(seventy-five) minutes. For PwD candidates using a scribe, 20 minutes per hour extra time shall be provided (100 minutes in total).

1 Candidates must be sponsored by the concerned employment exchanges of Manipur to be eligible to apply online.
2 Register on the portal using parameters matching your Employment Exchange sponsorship credentials, then log in using your User ID and password.
3 Fill the application form accurately with profile parameters (Name, DOB, Category, Language, RCI CRR status, Government Service NOC if applicable).
4 Upload photo, scanned documents, and signature. Accept the mandatory qualification validation declaration checkbox.
5 Confirm details and pay the application fee via UPI/net banking/cards (General & OBC: Rs. 400/-, SC & ST: Rs. 200/-, PwD: Exempted).
6 Submit the form and ensure an acknowledgement receipt is generated.
7 Candidates in service (other than casual or muster roll) must submit/upload a 'NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE' duly issued by the concerned Department/Authority.
