- Matric or its equivalent qualification with 06 (six) months training in Fruit Preservation (for Senior Canning Attendant)
- 10+2 with one year Basic Horticulture training passed (for Horticulture Technician Grade-IV)
- Graduation with Science from any recognised University (for Health Educator)
- 10+2 or above qualification with minimum 2 year Diploma in Sanitation and Public Health from any recognized Institute/ State Medical Faculty/ J&K State Para Medical Council (for Sanitary Inspector)
- Minimum 10+2 with Science having Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy Course from any recognized Institute (for Junior Pharmacist)
- 10+2 with Diploma in Para Medical Assistant Course from any recognized Institute (for Para Medical Assistant)
- Matric or above qualification and having Degree/Diploma in Operational Theatre Technology Course from any recognized Institute (for Junior Theatre Technician)

2 Fill the online application form; applications through any other mode will not be accepted.
3 Clearly indicate the item number(s)/post(s) being applied for; only one application per item number is allowed.
4 Upload a live photograph, signature (10 KB–20 KB), category certificate (max 100 KB PDF), and qualification/experience certificates (self-attested, max 100 KB PDF) as required for the post.

6 Review all entries carefully before final submission, since no changes are entertained after submission.
