Educational Qualification
- M.E./M.Tech with an aggregate minimum of 60% or CGPA/CPI grading 6.5 on a 10 Point scale.
- M.Sc/M.Sc Tech with an aggregate minimum of 65% (average of all semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading 6.84 on a 10 Point scale.
- B.E./B.Tech with an aggregate minimum of 65% (average of all semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading 6.84 on a 10 Point scale.
- B.Sc with 60% marks or CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point Scale.
- All degrees must be duly recognized by AICTE/UGC, or any other organisation authorized by Government of India.
- Essential Qualifications must have been completed within the stipulated duration of the course.
- Only passed out candidates are eligible to apply.
- Candidates who pursued B.Tech/M.Tech through Open and Distance Learning (ODL) are not eligible.
- For JRF positions (Post Code JRF30 to JRF35), candidates must have a Post Graduate Degree in a professional course selected through CSIR-UGC NET (including lectureship/Assistant professorship) and GATE, OR National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc. with a valid score card in the relevant discipline.
