Age Limit
  • Minimum Age : 15 Years
  • Maximum Age : 34 Years
  • Age relaxation as per Govt rules: SC/ST +5 yrs, OBC +3 yrs, PwBD +10 yrs. Maximum age for ITI candidates is 24 years, and for Non-ITI candidates is 22 years before relaxation.
Educational Qualification
  • Passed Std X (minimum 50% marks) with Science & Maths under 10+2 system or equivalent and possess National Trade Certificate (for Ex-ITI candidates)
  • Passed Std X (minimum 50% aggregate marks) with Science & Maths under 10+2 system or equivalent (for Freshers - Fitter, Electrician, Machinist)
  • Passed Std X (minimum 50% aggregate marks) under 10+2 system or its equivalent (for Freshers - Carpenter, Painter, Welder)
  • Passed Std XII examination under 10+2 system with Physics, Chemistry & Biology (for Freshers - MLT)
  • Candidates with higher qualifications than 10th/Matric/SSLC (Degree/Diploma, Engineering Degree and Course Completed Act Apprentices) are not eligible, except for MLT where 12th/HSC is required.

चयन प्रक्रिया एवं परीक्षा पैटर्न
Selection Process
1 Merit list based on marks obtained in Std X.
2 In case of COVID Pass candidates in X std., proof of IX std mark sheet/X std Half yearly mark sheet duly signed by Principal of the institution will be considered.
3 Preference for older age if marks are equal.
4 Preference for earlier Std X examination pass date if marks and DOB are same.
5 Allotment of trade based on merit and availability of vacancy (Freshers can exercise option for trades).
6 Ex-ITI candidates will be trained in the trade in which they possess ITI certificate.
How To Apply Online

1 Read the official notification thoroughly before applying.
2 Visit the ICF web portal https://pb.icf.gov.in.
3 Fill the ONLINE application form correctly, keeping all relevant documents/certificates and a recent passport size photograph (not more than 200 KB in jpg/jpeg format) ready.
4 Pay the processing fee of ₹100/- + service charges (non-refundable) through online mode, unless exempted (SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates are exempt).
5 System generated registration number will be the candidate's individual Registration ID. Password for login is date of birth in 'ddmmyyyy' format.
6 Check the details fed in the Online application before clicking the submit button.
7 Take a printout of the acknowledgement form generated after final submission, which is required at the time of Document Verification.
8 Candidates are NOT required to send/submit any documents to ICF through Post/e-mail/FAX/By hand.
