Applications are invited from eligible and interested candidates aspiring to join as a Customer Service Associate (CSA) in any of the Participating Public Sector Banks for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP CSA -XVI) for vacancies of 2027-28. The online examination will be held in two phases, Online Preliminary and Online Main, with preliminary exams scheduled for October 2026.
