  • शेखपुरा जिला (बिहार) के स्थायी निवासी
  • शारीरिक एवं मानसिक रूप से स्वस्थ
  • अच्छा चरित्र का हो, तथा समाजसेवा में रूचि रखता हो
  • कोई भी आपराधिक मुकदमे का आरोपी / दोषसिद्ध न हो
  • किसी भी राजनीतिक दल का सदस्य नहीं हो
  • शिक्षक (सेवा निवृत शिक्षक सहित), सेवा निवृत सरकारी सेवक, वरिष्ठ नागरिक, आंगनबाडी कार्यकर्ता, डॉक्टर, छात्र (विधि के छात्र जिनका अधिवक्ता के रूप में नामांकन नहीं है), गैर सरकारी संगठन एवं क्लब के सदस्य, स्वयं सेवा समूह, मैत्री समूह, जीविका आदि के सदस्य एवं अन्य व्यक्ति (विद्वान अधिवक्ता को छोडकर), जो स्वयं सेवा में रूचि रखते हो
