- Age relaxation as per Govt rules: SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) of Chhattisgarh: 5 years; Government/corporation employees of Chhattisgarh: capped at 38 years; Ex-servicemen of Chhattisgarh: relaxation equal to defence service period, but resulting age must not exceed the higher limit by more than 3 years; Retrenched government servants: relaxation for past temporary service (up to 7 years), but resulting age must not exceed the higher limit by more than 3 years; Widowed, divorced, or separated women of Chhattisgarh: 5 years; Contractual employees of Chhattisgarh: relaxation equal to years of contractual service, capped at age 38; Persons with disabilities: 5 years; Shiksha Karmi / Panchayat Karmi: relaxation equal to years of service, capped at age 45. All relaxations combined cannot push the maximum age limit beyond 45 years.

Selection Process for CGPSC ADPPO 2026

Negative Marking: MO = M × R − (1/3) × M × W, where MO is marks obtained, M is marks per correct answer, R is the number of correct answers, and W is the number of wrong answers. Minimum qualifying marks: 33% in each paper for Unreserved category candidates and 23% for reserved category candidates. No minimum qualifying mark for the interview.
