- M.Sc. (Home Science Food & Nutrition / Clinical Nutrition / Food Science & Nutrition / Food Service Management & Dietetics) + 3 years' experience in a 200-bed hospital for Dietician
- Degree from recognized University + proficiency in computers for Junior Administrative Officer
- Minimum 3-year Bachelor's Degree + computer knowledge (MS Office) for Assistant (ICMR)
- 12th Class pass + typing speed of 35 wpm (English) or 30 wpm (Hindi) on computer for Junior Administrative Assistant / LDC
- Degree from recognized University + 35 wpm (English) or 30 wpm (Hindi) typing for Upper Division Clerk
- Graduate in relevant Engineering branch for Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical)

3 Log in and select the CRE-5 application link.
4 Fill in all details carefully - name, date of birth, category, qualification, experience, and NOC details if applicable.
5 Upload photographs, signature, and left thumb impression in the format specified under "Upload Image Instructions."
6 Select your examination centre preference (state/UT).
7 Pay the applicable examination fee via Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
8 Submit the application and download the registration slip for your records.
9 If you are working in a Government/PSU/Autonomous Body, upload the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your current employer by 6 July 2026 - failing to do so will prevent you from appearing in the examination.
