Educational Qualification
- Candidates who have completed five years from the month and year of passing as specified in the Degree/Diploma certificate or if they cross 5 years after acquiring the qualification while empanelled/waitlisted for engagement, will NOT be considered for Apprenticeship training.
- Where a University mentions both CGPA and percentage of marks in its Degree Certificate or Consolidate Mark-sheet, then at least one criteria (either CGPA or percentage) should meet the eligibility norms.
- Conversion of CGPA into percentage of marks is not permitted to determine eligibility, regardless of whether any conversion formula is prescribed by the University concerned.
- Candidates who are qualified from recognized Universities/State Board of Technical Education coming under Southern Region of BOAT (Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Puducherry) will be given priority.
- Only Indian nationals need to apply.

Eligibility Criteria (Hindi)
- जिन उम्मीदवारों ने डिग्री/डिप्लोमा प्रमाण पत्र में बताई गई पासिंग के महीने और साल से पांच साल पूरे कर लिए हैं, या यदि वे अपरेंटिस प्रशिक्षण के लिए चुने जाने के दौरान योग्यता प्राप्त करने के 5 साल पार कर चुके हैं, तो उन्हें अपरेंटिस प्रशिक्षण के लिए नहीं माना जाएगा।
- जहां विश्वविद्यालय अपने डिग्री प्रमाण पत्र या समेकित मार्कशीट में सीजीपीए और अंकों का प्रतिशत दोनों बताता है, वहां कम से कम एक मानदंड (या तो सीजीपीए या प्रतिशत) योग्यता मानदंडों को पूरा करना चाहिए।
- योग्यता निर्धारित करने के लिए सीजीपीए को अंकों के प्रतिशत में बदलने की अनुमति नहीं है, भले ही संबंधित विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा कोई भी रूपांतरण सूत्र निर्धारित किया गया हो।
- बीओएटी (केरल, तमिलनाडु, कर्नाटक, आंध्र प्रदेश, तेलंगाना और पुडुचेरी) के दक्षिणी क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत आने वाले मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालयों/राज्य तकनीकी शिक्षा बोर्डों से योग्य उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।

Selection Process
1 The selection will be based on the highest marks scored by the candidates in the relevant examination with due weightage to reservation categories.
2 The induction of apprentices against the 2026-27 training positions shall be strictly based on the position of the candidate in the panel subject to availability of vacancies and validity of the panel.
