How To Apply Online
आवेदन कैसे करें
1 Register at https://otr.pariksha.nic.in to obtain your One Time Registration (OTR) number at least 72 hours before submitting the application.
2 Visit https://uppsc.up.nic.in, click "All Notifications/Advertisements", then "Apply" against PCS 2026.
3 Click "Authenticate with OTR", enter your OTR number, and authenticate via OTP or OTR password.
4 Fill in permanent and correspondence address, and select Yes/No against each preferential qualification prescribed for the post in Application Part-2.
5 Proceed to the Fee Confirmation Window and pay the examination fee via SBI MOPS (Net Banking, Card Payments, or Other Payment Modes).
6 After successful payment, take a printout of the Payment Transaction Slip.
7 Take a printout of the final application form and keep it safely for future reference.
8 For any qualification-related modifications, log in to Candidate Dashboard and make corrections before the last date of modification (10 August 2026) - this can be done only once.
9 Do NOT send hard copies of the application or documents to the Commission at the Preliminary Examination stage.
